The location across from lidl was handy, but the room didn't match the Booking photos. Mine looked out onto the pension bar terrace, where people were drinking and making noise. The owner seemed focused only on getting paid and made no effort to answer my questions. I needed information, but he was unhelpful and ended the conversation quickly because I don't speak romanian.

There was no private parking, and we had to rely on other guests to communicate with the staff. If you list a place on Booking, someone there should know at least a little English or German. My room had no windows and smelled strongly of cigarettes. Three stars? In their dreams. I gave it three, but it should really be 2.5.

The room we got bore no resemblance to the pictures on Booking. There was only a tiny window high up that wouldn't open, the air conditioner wasn't working, and the noise went on all night. Terrible experience, I wouldn't recommend it.

They seem to be working on improvements, but the walls, sheets, and other things still look dirty. I might stay one night if there were no other options.

The rooms are large, the food was good, and everyone was friendly with good service.
