We visited the fishery too, and that was a nice experience. The charming trout ponds are part of the property, and the hotel itself is easy to find. Our spacious, clean room had a great shower, and the central heating kept us warm even when it dropped to -14°C. We paid extra for a bed for our daughter, but the total cost still felt reasonable. The restaurant was a highlight. Breakfast had a good selection of traditional Romanian dishes, and the dinners were tasty, especially the fish, though the other choices were good too. They brought a complimentary shot of Romanian brandy before each meal. For three of us, dining came to 40-50€, which was very affordable. Staff service was excellent, and the calm dogs on site became lovely playmates for our daughter. There's a shared kitchen with a microwave, dishes, utensils, and a gas hob. Our room was next to it, though, and the poor sound insulation meant noise could be disruptive when groups gathered there, especially if you were hoping for an early start on the ski slopes. Parking could use clearer markings because it was a little hard to tell where to park. The entrance gate also sometimes didn't respond.

The service was friendly and attentive without hovering, and the peaceful setting has lovely views. The trout was the star, fresh from their own ponds, grilled just right, and full of flavor. A great place for a leisurely lunch or dinner in nature. I'd happily recommend it.

The food was delicious, especially the fresh fish, cooked just right. We also loved having a different fresh soup each day. The host went out of their way to make the meals memorable. Our room was spotless, and the staff did a great job keeping it that way every day, with lots of care in the details. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Complex Pescăresc Gura Repezii. Highly recommend it, and I can't wait to come back.

We couldn't think of anything we disliked. The place was comfortable and really nice, with a kids playground and an electric car charging station. Breakfast was among the best we've had, especially the fish egg salad. Highly recommended.

We spent the weekend here. The room was spacious and very clean, though the walls don't block enough sound, so noise from other rooms was disturbing. Breakfast was good, and we also enjoyed dinner. The fish eggs salad was particularly good.
