The courtyard has lovely views at lunch and dinner, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly, and we liked the pool and saunas. It's also just a few minutes by car from the main sights, ski slopes, and hiking trails. We heard some noise on Saturday night because there was a wedding in the building near our side of the hotel. We still slept very well after our hike. I'd come back for the spa and the location.

Breakfast and service were okay, but I wouldn't book this place again. Our room, 2010, smelled musty at first. Opening the window helped a little, but I have mold allergies and coughed all night. I couldn't see any mold, but I had my usual reaction, so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with allergies. The rooms need refurbishment. The heating in our room didn't work until 11 at night, though the air conditioning can also heat the room if you set it that way. The spa and pool are outside, about 15 meters from the hotel, which is uncomfortable in winter when you have to go out into the cold after swimming. The water felt cold, nowhere near the stated 28 degrees, and the pool is 1.70 meters deep, so watch your kids.

The rooms were spacious and clean, the bed was big and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. It felt more like a four-star hotel to me than a three-star one. We slept wonderfully, and breakfast was delicious and ready in just seven minutes. Thank you to the hotel for taking us in during such a difficult time. We're from Ukraine, and they welcomed us without asking for anything. I really recommend it, and I'm grateful for that kindness.

We paid 380 lei for a large, nice apartment with a king-size bed, which felt very expensive. For that price, I expected at least breakfast to be included, but it wasn't. The place looks fancy and has nice facilities. We spent up to three hours at the spa for 50 lei, since the fee is for the day, though honestly it's hard to spend a whole day there. The saunas were nice, but only one of the two was working. There was a swimming pool and a sort-of jacuzzi that wasn't working properly. We couldn't find the salt baths either, and nobody mentioned them.

The pool and salt room were the good parts of our spa visit. I brought my family of four and paid full price, expecting to use all the included facilities, but the wet and dry saunas weren't working, and the hot tub was colder than the pool. I told the receptionist, who said she'd let maintenance know, but nothing was fixed while we were there. I'd suggest checking at the start whether all the amenities are working.
