They left me without a room, and I won't book here again. When the hotel is full and other guests arrive before you, they seem to ignore your booking and give priority to those guests, even if they'd already confirmed your earlier reservation. That was a shocking surprise.

We were amazed by the setting: private parking, mountain views, and the river right beside the hotel. The room was modern and very clean, with a balcony overlooking it all. We had a great stay and will definitely return to this little corner of heaven. We'd traveled from The Netherlands and reached the Romania border very late with our little chihuahua. A few hotels turned us down when we called, but this owner answered and accepted us for the night. He waited for us until 1:20, which I could hardly believe. His kindness and empathy really moved us. In the morning we chose the hotel restaurant, where we had tochitura. The food was really good, and the staff were so friendly. Thank you for the warm welcome and for having us. The stay was perfect.

The hotel is outside Borsa town, near the ski slopes, with fresh, ionized air from the surrounding mountains and forests. Smoking isn't allowed in the rooms or inside the restaurant. The restaurant was open from 8 am to 9:30 pm, and the food was fresh and amazing at any time of day. We loved the relaxed atmosphere, made lovely memories, and found the staff so friendly. We highly recommend the place and will visit again. Thanks to everyone there.

The location is lovely, surrounded by nature, but our experience was awful for the price. Breakfast was a joke and really bad. The rooms were dirty, with things broken or missing, and it wasn't worth what we paid. The prices are ridiculous, and the hotel relies on the beautiful nature to bring guests in without knowing how to keep them coming back. After I posted my review, the owner said I wasn't talking about their place, and on Booking they called me a liar. That's not true. I even added photos showing what it was really like. Own it. The place doesn't deserve a single star, given how little common sense they have.

The hosts were really welcoming and handled our vegan and vegetarian group so well. I travel a lot, and this was the first time we'd had such great plant-based food. We even had vegan ice cream for dessert. I wholeheartedly recommend the place.
