The hillside setting gives you a great view of the surrounding mountains, though the cabins are in a fairly remote part of Borsa, around a 30-minute walk from the town center. There are three cabins altogether, and we stayed in one of the two Type A models. The cabins look lovely, with simple, mostly minimalist decor, and the price works out well when shared among four people. Each cabin has a grill area, and there's a full kitchen with pots, pans, an electric oven and stove, a microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, and more, so cooking here is easy. Still, make time to try some local food. You can also pay for hot tub access, which was pretty cheap at 200 RON, about 40€. Let them know ahead of time if you want to use it, since they clean it properly after each visit. There's a fireplace, with wood and tools supplied, but you have to keep it going yourself. The contact person was very kind and listened to our requests when they could help, such as getting us a long power outlet. A few things could be better: temperature control in the cabin, a cover over the front porch so you can sit on the bench in the rain, and a way to balance the water temperature, since it was either very hot or cold. The bed was really hard. It would also help to have a small drawer or wardrobe in each room for clothes, plus an extra blanket or cover.

The staff were so kind and professional, always ready to help with a smile, and you can tell they really care about guests and the quality of their service. Everything was impeccably clean, with thoughtful details throughout. The setting is beautiful, surrounded by nature and ideal for relaxing. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely return. Highly recommend!

A lovely spot with all the comfort, quiet, and scenery you need. The only interruption was music playing late from speakers at the neighboring cottage, but it still didn't spoil our weekend.
