Panoramic Residence

We left feeling grateful that our road brought us here. The owners’ hospitality was heartwarming, with a real spirit of generosity, goodwill, and sharing. The place has a lovely energy, and we felt comfortable and cared for, surrounded by nature.

The hosts were kind and easy to deal with. The cabin itself was spotless, comfortable, and put together with great taste, with stunning views all around. For families or a big group, it’s the best cabin in Romania.

We spent the weekend here as a family and had a great time. It was peaceful, clean, and the view was top notch. The facilities are close by and well looked after, and the hospitality was great. Thank you.

The owners were incredibly helpful when we found ourselves needing quite a bit of assistance, and they really went out of their way for us. From the chalet patio, the Maramureș landscape is gorgeous, with the chalets sitting over 200 m above the valley. The buildings are clean, beautiful, well equipped, and their architecture fits into the surroundings. There’s also an outdoor hot tub, sauna, grilling facilities, and a fully equipped kitchen. One thing to plan for is the steep dirt road for the last 2km. A 4*4 or a car with higher clearance is recommended. We got up in a rear-wheel drive 3 Series, but I’d stock up on food and drinks in Borsa before the final ascent. 10/10 would recommend visiting, and 10/10 would go again.
