The room’s electrical setup was really poor and felt unsafe. Sockets and switches were hanging loose, there were empty holes in the wall, and an extension lead by the bed wasn’t insulated properly. With those problems, it’s hard to see how anyone could consider the installation acceptable. We were also disappointed by the listing: there was no mountain view from inside the room, despite the advertised view, and the room was described as 15 square meters with three beds for three adults. We found only two beds, and it looked closer to 9 square meters. At about 50 euros a room, it was near the high end for the area, which made the mismatch harder to overlook. I did appreciate the owners’ goodwill. The host gave us a traditional welcome and tried hard to make things work, and mostly did. That goodwill would earn an extra star from me; otherwise I’d have given two. I might have been more forgiving about the size or bed arrangement if the room had been priced at the low end. As advertised and priced, the place doesn’t deliver and needs improvement.
