Breakfast was decent and very cheap, and the location is good. The restaurant staff were attentive, but nobody else seemed interested in customer service. Housekeeping was basically absent: over three days nobody checked the room or even emptied the bin. The furniture is very outdated.

Triumph was a real help when we were exhausted on our way from Ukraine and other places wouldn't take us because we had cats. They let you stay with animals, which matters most to me. It's a nice hotel with everything you need.

We had a fantastic overnight stay. The food was amazing, everything was very clean, and the staff were professional and supportive. Many thanks to the owner, Geta Paraschiv, who was the first person in Braila to give shelter to the Ukrainian refugees.

The portions are on the small side, though the food is decent. Staff were friendly, and the stay was good value for money.

The hotel's restaurant has reasonable choices for lunch and dinner, and the place has the basic conditions for staying a few days without spending much. Saturday nights can be disturbingly noisy, and the bathroom had a bad smell due to deficient construction.
