Pensiunea Adriano

We were never told there’d be a party on Christmas night, and the noise was so loud we couldn’t stay in our room. At 11:30 pm, we asked reception what was going on and why we hadn’t been warned. She said she hadn’t known either, then offered a refund if we left or a room at the pension across the street. We told her she should have informed us and that her response was unprofessional and disrespectful. She called herself the manager, but didn’t act like one, and never spoke to us again. We’ll definitely never return.

The factory nearby was the biggest problem. I’d been warned about possible noise before my visit, and even contacted the hotel well ahead of time to stress that I needed somewhere quiet. Still, I was told there were no quiet rooms available, which was especially upsetting since I checked in at 3:00 AM. The factory noise only reinforced that concern. Check-in and checkout were also cumbersome, and before leaving I had to go through an exhaustive room inspection. There wasn’t even complimentary bottled water in the room. The parking was a plus, but the overall experience has me reconsidering where I’ll stay next time. The hotel’s approach to guest satisfaction also made me question how reliable its glowing reviews are.

The rooms were warm and clean, and the balconies were amazing. The receptionists were beautiful, incredibly nice, and spoke English. There’s a big parking lot, which is a definite plus. The location is good too, near Jysk, and not right in the center but not far away.

A quiet, pleasant hotel where you can get some rest. Everything was good, from reception to the very clean rooms. I recommend it.
