Bran Chalet

The location made the stay memorable, and the view was breathtaking. Staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast was pretty good and filling, despite what I'd read in other reviews. We could choose fried eggs or an omelet, with a bread basket, cheese, sliced meat, and vegetables, plus an espresso machine and juice. I don't have the heart to give it four stars, though the shower water was a bit cold. The curtains seem to have been replaced since other reviews, and they were a tiny bit dirty along the bottom, but nothing too bad.

The host was warm and welcoming, and the view from our room facing Bran Castle was beautiful.

The rooms are lovely, the staff are kind and polite, and they cooked an amazing breakfast. I had a really nice experience and recommend the accommodation. I don't quite understand the rule against bringing in outside food and drinks when the facilities aren't open 24/7. I can see having that restriction during service hours, but enforcing it when no service is available feels a bit odd.

Bran Castle is visible from the bed, and the balcony has a breathtaking view. The hotel has a cute, family feel, with an extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Downtown Bran, restaurants, and the market are all very close, just a 3- to 5-minute walk. The parking lot can fit about 100 cars. Breakfast was very fresh and made to order by the staff. I highly recommend it.
