The hosts made us feel very welcome, and the traditional food was lovely. We had a blast and will come back. The yard is great for kids, and the place has loads of character, put together with good taste. Set beside a fast river and near the mountains, it's one of the best places I've stayed in Romania.

The surroundings are well worth exploring, and the owners are happy to suggest places to see nearby. We had a lovely, relaxed stay with a family feel and would recommend it to anyone wanting to unwind. Our Junior-suite was roomy, warm, quiet, and had a generous terrace. It was a real plus that both the owners and the facility welcomed pets, our French Bulldog became the stay's mascot. Breakfast had a good variety of tasty homemade local dishes. The restaurant also offered a wide choice of Romanian and international food, with good value for both quality and portion size. We spent an extended weekend here and found the owners friendly and the food excellent.

The family hosting us were so friendly and helpful. They even planned and prepared dinner and breakfast for our family, both were phenomenal, and spent time chatting with us about our families and cultures. The rooms were very clean and had gorgeous countryside views. Bran Castle is only a few minutes away, so this is a must if you're visiting it. I'd recommend staying here and hope to return myself.

The garden is pleasant, with a swing, and the balcony has a nice rustic view, though it hasn't been fully arranged. Rooms were clean and average. The new administration has welcoming people who are always ready to help. The decor is tasteful, with superb paintings and dim lighting. There's a shared guest space used as a restaurant, where distancing and open windows partly follow the covid19 measures.
