Pensiunea Ando

The view was nice, but I wouldn't stay here again. I paid 340 ron, almost 70 E, for one night, and that felt far too much for what you get. From the condition of the place, I think 120-130Ron a night would make more sense. The rooms are tiny, look cheap, and aren't well maintained. You can hear other guests moving around in their rooms and on the stairs. The bathroom furniture and fittings are old, poorly cared for, and smelled bad. The fridge in the living room smelled too, probably because leftovers from other guests hadn't been thrown out. The owner is nice, but it feels like he's trying to make money while putting little into the house.

It's a well-kept, tidy house, and I enjoyed my first stay there. Getting there without a car means quite a walk, and there isn't much to do if you're looking for something fun. Ando seems like a good place to relax and get some fresh air.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the owner was kind and honest. Hours after I'd left, he called to tell me I'd forgotten one of my bags. Nice place to stay.

Our room was very clean and had a lovely mountain view. We arrived late at night by bus without a car, and Ando kindly walked to the main road with a flashlight to guide us to the pension. He speaks very good English and shared tips about the area.
