The unit was close to Brasov Center, which was a plus. Still, we were very disappointed by the ground-floor place. It wasn't clean or well maintained, and there was mold throughout, along with a powerful moldy smell. I wouldn't recommend staying there long term or to anyone with health conditions, because I believe it could be harmful to health. We also had to keep 100€ available in our bank account for a required security deposit against possible "damages." That felt contradictory given the condition of the unit. At 100€/night, I found it extremely expensive considering the overall feedback. Please take proper care of the property and offer guests better service if you want to grow and remain competitive in the short-term accommodation market.

We were a group of 15, and the heat made it hard for any of us to sleep well. The guesthouse had no air conditioning or electric fans. A few rooms did have air conditioning, but it didn't cool properly and stopped working overnight during power outages. Some of us slept in attic bunks under a very low ceiling, so we'd hit our heads when sitting up. The sink was partly blocked by the stairs, and we had to turn sideways to use it. The stairs were also extremely narrow and steep, which made them dangerous. I can't recommend staying here unless the host makes significant improvements.

The room had a moldy, musty odor so strong it was hard to breathe comfortably, and there seemed to be no fresh air. The bathroom was dirty and in such poor shape that we couldn't bring ourselves to shower. Our towels smelled terrible too, which made us question whether they were clean. There were four of us, but we were given just one roll of toilet paper for the whole stay. I rarely post a negative review, but this was by far the worst place we've stayed, and the condition of the accommodation and the way the host treated us made the stay extremely unpleasant. I wouldn't recommend it unless the space and the host's attitude improve significantly.

The room, with its bed and loft, was great, and the place was clean. The TV and Wi-Fi worked, and we didn't see any bugs. They'd stocked plenty of toilet paper and dish soap before we arrived. There was no housekeeping during our five-night stay, but that was fine. The main issue was the heat and humidity: no AC or fan, and the window only opened a crack. Keeping the door open for cooler air helped a little. Great location near the city center.
