The plants were everywhere, and those huge Ferns felt like magic. I came by train from Germany for a silent meditation retreat, and the team looked after me so well that I could focus on meditation and the meaningful teachings. Even if you already know a lot about yoga, there's still so much more to learn here, with real depth, meaning, and references. The food was amazing too. I'm deeply grateful for what you share with the world, especially over those ten days.

I spent one night here in the hills and really enjoyed the healthy food the host made. The property is clean and hygienic, with a lovely sense of peace. Host Andrea and Olive were so caring. A wonderful, peaceful, blissful place to stay ❤️

I've stayed at Ali's and Andrea's place twice this year, and both times they made me feel at home and welcome. Casa Hridaya is quiet, cozy, and comfortable, whether you want a few days of rest or a retreat like mine. I'd love to come back in the near future.

The owners, Ali and Andrea, are warm, pleasant, and generous, and Casa Hridaya feels like home. It's clean and quiet, with nature close by, including the Lempes nature reserve just a stone's throw away. The two husbands teach yoga, and Andrea is a homeopathic doctor. If you're interested, Ali and Andrea offer yoga classes, consultations, and homeopathic and natural remedies. There's also a spacious, bright conference room equipped for spiritual retreats, conferences, courses, and other group activities. I recommend it wholeheartedly.
