It was easy to find food nearby if we didn't want to cook, with a shaorma place on the corner and a 5 to go right next door. The host also left us coffee and a machine. The kitchen had all the basics and plenty of extras, including dishes, cutlery, plastic wrap, and foil. The room was roomy enough for three, with modern, well-kept furniture, fresh soft towels and sheets, and good cleanliness. The Old Town centre and Black Church were under a 10-minute walk away. With the windows shut it was very quiet; open, we still couldn't hear traffic, just neighbours going by. A great stay for a moderate price. I'd love to return.

We stayed for three nights, from November 28 to December 1, 2024, and wouldn't come back. The place wasn't really a Studio, just a studio, and it was only 11 degrees when we arrived. That made me think it wasn't very sought after or occupied. Cleaning was okay, though I noticed dust in a few spots and think it could have been better. There was no working light in the little kitchen or bathroom, only in the bedroom. We had to use our phone flash, then bought a lamp because we couldn't manage like that. Hygiene is a necessity for us, especially in 2024. We contacted the owner about the problem and explained it wasn't working, but he didn't make an effort to help. Before we left, he asked us to leave the central heating at 18 degrees, the way we found it. Friend, make sure your guests are satisfied and that you follow through on what you promise, or I don't know how you'll survive in the market. I don't recommend it.

It's a clean, spacious apartment with really nice decor and everything you need. Being so close to the centre was a plus, and it works well for getting together with friends.
