The staff were outstanding, and they upgraded my room for free, so I had plenty of space. The area was nice and quiet. The floor squeaked, but that didn't bother me too much. The problem was housekeeping: there was a sign in both Romanian and English asking for the bed to be made, but the cleaner never came during my stay. They later said she'd misread the sign. Nobody told me there was a housekeeping issue until I raised it myself. I was given breakfast at their second location as compensation.

The rooms are beautiful, and when we ran into an organizational problem, the staff sorted it out right away. Everyone was really kind, especially Justina the administrator, who was very helpful.

The old town centre is only about five minutes away, and there's a coffee shop downstairs with great coffee. The rooms are new and very modern, and the location is great. I stayed twice and plan to return. Flavia, the owner, was lovely, kind, and professional, and always available on Whatsapp to help.

I wouldn't recommend staying here. The manager and owner were, in my experience, dishonest. When I arrived, the aircon and wifi weren't working, which I immediately told them was unacceptable for my circumstances. They mostly ignored it until I followed up several times, then offered a refund that same day. It never came. After I chased them again, they kept saying it would arrive the next day, and so on. I never received it, and they stopped replying.
