The room was great, though the bath had no plug and the toilet paper holder was a little loose. Breakfast was pretty bland and very average. It was the same each morning, with eggs and sausages that weren't very tasty. The vegetables looked old and there were only a few to choose from. The coffee was okay, though, and the yogurts were tasty. I wouldn't recommend breakfast there.

The room was spacious and clean, but I couldn't sleep comfortably because it was freezing. The heater wasn't working, and there was no water boiler or slippers. How can a room be this cold in winter?

I couldn’t sleep because the room was freezing, and the water barely got warm. There wasn’t even a hair dryer in the room. When I asked someone to check the heating, he told me it was working and not to worry, even though it wasn’t. I ended up getting sick. Why rent out a room that cold?

The receptionist gave us really useful advice about the castles we planned to see and helped us work out a route. Everyone was so friendly, and we felt looked after. The hotel itself was clean and lovely, with an easy walk to the city center. We had a wonderful stay in Brașov and would recommend it.

The website needs an update. There’s no bar, parking outside the hotel costs money, and it’s 3k to the center.
