We paid for the room five months in advance, then were told just two days before arrival that we’d be staying somewhere else. This only came up after we first asked about the parking arrangements. She did help us with parking, and we’re very grateful for that, but the replacement room wasn’t as good as House 54 looked in the photos. We were told the reason for the change was that other visitors were in our room. We strongly suspect they paid more than the 36€ we’d already paid, giving her a chance to make more money. We definitely won’t stay there again. The hair dryer in the bathroom was broken.

It was very expensive and noisy, and the hostess was really unfriendly. We were treated disgustingly. Don’t go there.

Great location and a great place, all for a great price.

We had an unpleasant stay. The room was tiny, with just one twin bed, and getting to it was extremely difficult. It was on the second floor up a narrow, steep spiral staircase, which was a bad choice for elderly people. The owner wouldn’t understand that we couldn’t stay, and wouldn’t offer even a partial refund. The accommodation had been paid in advance through Booking and was nonrefundable.
