Kronwell Brasov Hotel

We come back to Kronwell Hotel in Brașov every year, and this stay was wonderful again. The spa and wellness area is a great place to unwind after exploring the city, and breakfast had loads of fresh, high-quality choices. The team are professional, friendly, and always ready to help, which really makes a difference. Our room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with lovely attention to detail. And the bed, honestly, I sleep so well there every year. The hotel feels modern, elegant, well cared for, and welcoming from arrival. Great location and service. We’d happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Brașov.

The main bed and extra bed were both really comfortable, and the room had a nice TV and a desk if you need to get some work done. The only thing I didn’t like was the window, since you could see the outside of the room, though we could close the sliding door. The lifts were very nice too. This place deserves more than four stars, and is better than some five-star hotels. At check-in the friendly staff greeted us with a warm towel for our hands, then brought cookies and hot water for tea to our room.

The spa was small and relaxing, and the restaurant was truly first class. Our room was very large and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom that had a beautiful bathtub as well as a separate shower. The reception team and other staff were professional and outstanding. The hotel clearly cares about comfort, quality, and service, and the whole experience was excellent.

We had free parking and free charging for our electric vehicle, and the spa pool was a good size, with water at 31°C. Our child loved the well-equipped kids’ club, including Santa’s arrival with gifts and other age-appropriate activities during our Christmas package stay. Breakfast had enough variety, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and modern. The staff were always smiling and ready to help. We had a fantastic stay and nothing to complain about.
