Be careful booking here. The owner may cancel your reservation, even on check-in day, if someone else offers even 1€ more. Then you’re left scrambling for somewhere else to stay, and your whole holiday is ruined. The owner was also extremely rude to customers, using really graphic language and showing no respect. Run, unless you want a “holiday from hell”.

The ceiling leaked, towels and bedding for the couches were missing, the pillows were dirty, and there was mold in the bathroom.

Getting to the bus for Poiana Brasov was easy since Livada Postei is close by, and the location was pretty good overall. The central heating in the living room was a bit noisy, though, and I needed earplugs to sleep.

The layout is on two floors, with one bathroom and a separate toilet. It felt neat and comfortable, and it's a nice little place for a couple. It can sleep four too if you unfold the couch. As a foreigner, I was surprised by the entrance: you go through a gate from the street, then continue a little farther to reach the house entrance.

The location is the main reason I'd lean toward recommending it. The rooms are quite worn down.
