They helped us sort out everything from renting a car to getting a city map, directions, and recommendations. The staff were serious, friendly, and helpful, and made us feel special. I booked by phone for what was like a honeymoon and asked for a special room with flowers, cake, and champagne. I was surprised that it was all arranged exactly as requested, with no advance payment, and it made a great impression on my husband. Our jacuzzi room was clean and cozy, with rose petals on the bed and in the jacuzzi, plus a minibar stocked with quality products. I'll definitely return and recommend it.

We had just one day in Brasov, and were glad we chose this place. The room was quiet and clean, and the sheets and towels had a very strong, lovely scent. The receptionist spoke very good English and answered all our questions about sights, restaurants, tours, and distances. I'd definitely recommend it, also for the room price, which was more than fair for the city center and the room quality.

We arrived late on a Saturday without a reservation, and there were no double rooms left. The owners still did their best to fit us in, giving us the only room available, a deluxe one with a sauna and jacuzzi, for the price of a standard double. They were very hospitable. The room was nice and very clean, and although it's in the historic city center, there is a courtyard with space for 5-6 cars where we could park safely. The Black Church is about a 10-minute walk away.

They left the same sheets on the bed, stained with something red. Cleaning the room before renting it is the most basic thing, and they didn't manage that. They also turned off the heat overnight in October. On the plus side, the center is a 10-15 minute walk away, if you're desperate.
