The rooms are decent, the parking is somewhat sufficient, and the place is near the city center. But the host says certain items are damaged and asks for compensation, sending photos without real context. Apart from a crop of a burned or stained carpet, which could easily have come from somewhere else, there was nothing to establish what the photos showed. I wouldn't bother with this place.

We called on Tuesday night while already there, looking for a room, and got a quick response. They found us a clean room for the night. We would have stayed longer if we hadn't had other plans. The location is very good, with a parking lot and space for outdoor activities in the backyard.

It's a clean place, at least the room we stayed in, and there's a quiet garden outside. The owner was around if we needed help. It takes about a 20-minute walk to reach the city center. The price seemed high for what you get, though I think that's because Brașov is busy.

I found the rooms decent, and the parking was somewhat sufficient. The location is near the city center. Still, the host claims some items are damaged and asks for compensation, sending photos with no real context. Other than a close crop of a burned or stained carpet that could have been from anywhere, the photos didn't show where the damage was.

A really bad experience. The rooms smelled, and the bed sheets were disgusting, especially for such a high price. Even getting boiled water, just a basic household thing, meant having to “beg” for someone to heat it up. I wouldn't recommend it and I'm definitely not coming back.
