The bed was comfortable, and breakfast filled us up, though the food quality was average. This hotel doesn’t have many good points. Maybe some of the other rooms are decent, but room 11 was embarrassing. It’s on the ground floor beside the kitchen and basement stairs, in what feels like a service hallway, with no airflow. Staff and guests smoked everywhere, so it felt strange that we couldn’t leave the windows open. It was like living at street level on a shabby city street, or in a hostel.

We had a huge room with tea and coffee facilities, plus secure parking nearby. We could pull up right outside the hotel's front door to load and unload. There was also a comfortable dining area with a wide breakfast selection. The hotel is right in the city centre.

Safrano was great value for money, and I’d definitely come back. I stayed in ground floor room 26, right in the centre of old town Brasov. Adrian, Andre and the housekeeping staff were especially helpful. Breakfast was served in a lovely, bright room overlooking the square, and the internet was fast too.

The rooms are really beautiful, and the people were so kind. We had an organizational issue, but they helped us and sorted everything out right away.

The rooms are comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the customer service was excellent. Lovely location too. Highly recommended!
