The staff were so helpful. The room was clean, the location was good, and there were shops nearby. A bus and tram stop are right across the street.

Our room had insects and a bad smell that lasted through all four nights. Street noise came straight through the windows, so sleeping was difficult. The minibar was empty, but at checkout we were still asked whether we'd taken anything from it. I don't recommend this hotel.

For the quality you get, this hotel is good value. It's close to Berceni Arena, which was the main reason for my visit.

The mattress was good, and there's a small fridge, but the shower area and bathroom were small. I paid €70 per night. The room was so noisy that I couldn't sleep at all. The windows seemed unable to keep out the traffic; it felt like I was lying on the sidewalk with cars passing right by my ears. There is free parking on Lidl's market lot.

The room was nice, but breakfast was low quality and the way they charge for services felt abusive. If you dirty a towel or sheet, they won't clean it and instead charge an excessive price for a replacement. I was charged an extra 100€ for three nights. If you're trying to keep control of your budget, I'd encourage you not to stay there.
