The host was really friendly and helpful with ideas for things to do nearby. Check-in was easy, everything was in order, and we had a great stay. A nice bonus is that it’s beside rope street, a fascinating part of Brasov’s history, with more to read about it at the rope street museum across the street.

We only spent one night, and everything went well. The room had all we needed for a pleasant stay, and check-in and check-out were self-service. You’ll need to find a nearby parking spot if you come by car, since there’s no private parking. The city center is about a five-minute walk away.

The hosts were quick to respond and easy to communicate with, and the apartment had all the supplies I needed, including shampoo, shower gel, and paper for the bathroom and kitchen. It’s a great spot for a couple, very close to the Old Town, with everything you need for a vacation. I would’ve enjoyed the stay more if it had been cleaner. The towels and linen didn’t smell very fresh, and there was a lingering musty smell, perhaps because it’s such an old building. If the hosts gave cleanliness a little more attention, this would have deserved five stars.

The owner was happy to print the airline check-in tickets we needed, and staying in touch over WhatsApp was very convenient. We visited in early August 2018 and found the owner friendly, and the clean studio comfortable and attractive. It’s in historic Brasov, near Strada Sforii, Romania’s narrowest street. The apartment had everything we needed: kitchen and bathroom, a double bed, refrigerator, stove, utensils, towels, hairdryer, WiFi, shampoo, body wash, soap, and more.
