The check-in and checkout couldn't have been easier thanks to the apartment's smart lock. The owner was responsive and accommodating, and we're already looking forward to coming back. The refrigerator didn't work properly, though, which was a minor hassle. From the balcony and bedroom, the view at Cozy Loft Poiana Brasov was breathtaking. The apartment is spacious and beautifully designed, with new, clean furniture, fresh linen, white towels, and pleasant ambient lighting. The kitchen was fully equipped. Still, cleanliness was only a 3 out of 5 for me. I saw stains on some towels and utensils, plus a few hairs on the sheets. Even with those issues and the fridge problem, we had a fantastic stay that exceeded expectations. I'd recommend Cozy Loft Poiana Brasov to everyone.

The owner is really kind, and the apartment has a lovely design and was clean. It also comes fully equipped and has an underground parking space. I've stayed in other apartments rented by the people at Silver, but this one is in a different league.

The owner was kind and friendly 💯, and the apartment had free parking. The exterior was neat, with children's parks 💯, and I recommend the spa center at Silver Mountain. Entry costs 80 lei for an adult and 40 lei for a child for three hours. The balcony and bedroom both have a SUPERB view. Inside, there was new, clean furniture, ambient lighting, linen, white towels, an equipped kitchen, coffee from the owner, and cleaning products. SUPERB, I recommend Cozy Loft Flat Silver Mountain Poiana Brasov.

The rooms are spacious, the scenery is gorgeous, and the cleanliness and attention to detail really stand out. A premium place to stay. Thanks for a wonderful visit, I highly recommend it!
