Zaivan Retreat

We spent two nights here over a lovely warm March weekend for a birthday, and it felt like a home away from home. The villas and rooms were great, and the whole place was clean, warm and welcoming, with lots of thoughtful details. The coffee mugs had personality, there were toys for children and plenty of books. The garden is huge and thoughtfully laid out, perfect for a stroll or relaxing in the sun. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, even professionally, and several of us could prepare food comfortably while getting things ready for the barbecue. We’ll definitely come back. Thanks for hosting us!

After the owner replied, I want to clarify my experience. I tried to book the property for Easter on two different booking platforms, one after the other, hoping for a response, but none came. That left me frustrated and made finding somewhere else quite difficult. In all my experience, I’ve never encountered a property that behaved this way. This was a dreadful interaction, and I stand by my right to give the lowest rating. I’m not asking anything of you; I just want to share what happened for the community. The owner was arrogant and didn’t respond after I made the reservation. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

The staff were wonderful and helpful, and there’s plenty of space in nature for the whole family. Everything is clean and well maintained, with an elegant mix of the old building style and modern facilities.

Everything inside and out is carefully cared for and arranged. When we served food, I also enjoyed the beautiful pottery, something you rarely find in public rental places. We were the first guests this year and saw the house surrounded by gorgeous flowering trees ❤. It really is a gem. We’ll definitely return. Thanks for this experience, Zaivan people!🙏🏻
