We spent a couple of months at Air Residence 2. The apartments are spacious and well equipped, and the building administrator was very helpful. The location is excellent, close to both Promenada Mall and Herastrau Park.

The room was ready early, and the handover was quick and well organized. It was very clean, with stunning rooms and décor, and the service was excellent. Prices are very reasonable too. Thank you, I'd highly recommend it.

The approach is still unfinished: the area is unpaved, with fields and greenhouses around it, and walking there after dark means watching for dogs coming out of the darkness. They say a road over the railway to Mall Promenada should be ready in two years, but work began over two years ago and it may take another four or five. And the claim that the block is already 80% occupied doesn't add up when at least 4 of the 11 flats are still available.

There are shops and a shopping centre nearby, and Bucharest's biggest park is an easy walk away. The place itself is roomy and decorated really nicely.

Nearby buildings look abandoned and ready to collapse, and I've seen remote villages with better infrastructure. The so-called street is basically a swamp. Worst location in Bucharest.
