I ended up checking out in the middle of the night. There were different noises coming through the wall, and I couldn't sleep or bear listening to them. For the price, I expected a fresher place. Instead, the room was tiny, there was nowhere to put clothes, and there was a strange door between two rooms. The hotel's atmosphere didn't feel reputable, and claiming the rooms are soundproof doesn't fit what I experienced. The worst stay in Bucharest. Don't let the central location sway you. I'd look farther from the center for somewhere cleaner and less disturbing.

The staff were so kind and nice, and the breakfast was amazing. The hotel is perfect, about 15 minutes from the center. Thanks for everything from Bulgaria :)

The broken shower head and tiny safe added to the problems, and the main entrance door was being held shut by a single screw. There were broken lights in the rooms and the tram outside was loud. The rooms and beds looked ready for a dump, and breakfast wasn't great. For a four-star place, this is a strong avoid.

The location is near the city center, and the staff are nice. Breakfast was okay, but the rooms are very old and the bed is worn out. The lamp above the bed was broken too. It's cheap, just don't expect much from a four-star hotel.

We'd definitely like to come back and stay here. The staff were friendly, professional and very well mannered, spoke English at a high level, and helped us with their local knowledge. Great location and an amazing hotel.
