There isn't a lift, but the rooms are spacious, almost like little apartments, with air conditioning and large jetted bathtubs. The hotel is handy for the train station, and an Uber to the old town took 5-10 minutes and was great value. At check-in, the heating in our room was stuck on. They moved us to another room, and said the heating would be fixed the next day.

The stairway and hall had an awful smell, and the room hadn't been cleaned well, with poor hygiene practices. There also wasn't any staff available when help was needed, like for an extra towel or sheet. On the plus side, the rooms are big for a good price, with air conditioning and grandiose design. Shops and transport are nearby.

We were missing an ashtray on the balcony, and when I sent a text I didn't get a reply about it. Still, this is a very good option in the heart of Bucharest, with a good location. The Antipa museum is about 10 minutes away, along with Starbucks, Burger King, McDonald's and other places. Herăstrău park is around a 30-minute walk.
