Bliss Residence Cotroceni

The staff were friendly and got back to us quickly whenever we had questions. My partner Joshua and I stayed in a fantastic room in a good location.

We stayed in room number 8, which is just a room without a kitchen. The bed felt almost new and was very comfortable, and the room was clean. The place was a good price, in a great location, and had friendly staff. It did smell of cigarette smoke and was quite echoey, though.

The staff went above and beyond. It's also well located, very close to the main transport links.

I wouldn't trust a confirmed booking here. I reserved through Booking for two nights on New Year's Eve and received confirmation along with check-in details. About an hour later, the host said New Year's Eve bookings required at least three nights, even though Booking had let me reserve two under the rules listed there. Booking support told me the reservation should be honored, but the host cancelled anyway. They told Booking the property was “temporarily or permanently closed,” which wasn't true, and seemed to be a way around the booking rules. Afterward the host messaged me, “It seems I could” with a laughing emoji. That says a lot about how they treat guests and their commitments. Very unprofessional, and I don't recommend staying here. I can prove what happened with screenshots.
