I had a confirmed reservation, but when I called, they said every room was occupied and one would only be available in the middle of the day. I couldn't stay at the hostel as planned. I had hoped for a nice time in Bucharest, but this ruined it when my time there was already limited. I feel awful about it. Thanks for the nice accommodation 🙄😡😠. If I could give zero, I'd give even less.

The place was clean and quiet. Self check-in was new to me, but I managed it really easily. Reception always answered the phone when I had questions.

Very clean and nice, with the centre really close by. The price is good too. 10/10. :)

We weren't checked in because the place was closed, even though our reservation was confirmed. They later wrote that they couldn't accept us.

They change your reservation on the same day, and if you don't accept it, they leave you with nowhere to stay. Shame on you.
