The room had everything I needed, and it was clean and nicely furnished. Romana Boutique feels cozy while still having a stylish, modern look, and the location made it easy to reach restaurants and nearby attractions. There’s a little room for improvement, but I had a very good stay and would consider coming back.

This was awful. Our reservation, made on 2/07/2023, was confirmed. After arriving in Bucharest, we called the owner and were told to meet at 2 pm. We got there and tried to reach them for 20 minutes without a reply. Then Booking sent a cancellation, with no explanation, and the property never apologized. We had to find somewhere else, hauling three suitcases on foot, which was a huge inconvenience. Be wary of this place and its low nightly prices. I hope Booking removes it from its search results so other customers don't go through the same trouble.

The new owner was so kind and attentive. You can see she’s putting in a lot of work to turn the hotel around after the previous owner, and the renovations are looking fabulous. I’d definitely give this place a chance.

People here were lovely and even helped us leave our luggage, which we really appreciated. The room was warm, cozy, and very clean, and check-in was self-service. A perfect place to stay in Bucharest.
