The room was clean and comfortable, with working air conditioning. There was also a fridge and TV, though I didn't check whether they worked. The hostess at Casa Sofia was friendly and asked right away when to bring breakfast, then delivered it on time. It was a good, generous meal: scrambled eggs, fresh vegetables, bread, butter, sausage, cheese, and yoghurt. Renovation work started early during my stay, so there was some noise, but it wasn't too bad. Nights were quiet and peaceful, with no busy motorway nearby. I couldn't shower after my flight because there was no hot water in the room. The sockets were in very bad shape, and it took effort to get my Powerbank charging overnight. They didn't serve any drinks with breakfast, hot or cold, so I was glad I'd brought water and juice.

We only slept there, and it made for an enjoyable stay. It's a good, cheap option, but anyone wanting something more modern, like a good TV, should look elsewhere. The street is narrow, so parking was a bit difficult. I liked that each floor had its own router, with the password waiting on a note in the room.

The staff were welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. My room was clean, especially the bathroom and shower. I had breakfast during my stay, and the fresh food was brought up at exactly the time I requested. Being so close to the Metro Station was a big plus for me. I'd choose Casa Sofia again if I travel to Bucharest.

The reception was very, very friendly, and the place is great value for the money. It's close to the Metroline, M1, at Station "Stefan Del Mare". Parking wasn't easy, though it was better than at most hotels in Bucuresti. The room was small but clean and sufficient, with Aircon and Wifi. I'd come back.

The rooms smelled bad, the breakfast was inedible, and the equipment, including the bed, was old. The staff were very helpful, and the place is very close to the metro station. It needs improvement.
