Casuta Bunicilor

A comfortable, quiet place, though it's not very big. You can take the Metro from the good location, or drive to the city centre in 10-15 minutes. I'd recommend it for families.

We expected privacy and peace in the yard, but the property turned out to be two units on one lot, separated by "fake" walls. The other unit had a family with small children who played and screamed outside, and we could hear them talking through the wall all day and crying at night while we tried to sleep. We felt misled about renting a full house with a yard. The toilet area in the bathroom was too small to sit and clean yourself properly, and there was a strong sewer smell. The bed was very firm, while the pillows were too soft to support us. Extra blankets and pillows were available, but unpleasantly stained, with no duvet covers or spare pillowcases. Cooking was difficult because the kitchen wasn't well equipped, the chairs were uncomfortable, and there weren't many nearby food options without a car. The hosts also weren't flexible about our check-in and check-out times, although they were flexible with the other unit, whose guests checked out 3hrs later than published.

Such a clean place, with a nice, warm atmosphere!

A peaceful place.
