The breakfast buffet didn't have a huge selection, but it was perfectly fine, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi was strong too, which worked well for getting things done. Inside, the room felt a bit like a spa, with electronic controls for the curtains, bed, and even the toilet. They'd fitted in a two-person hot tub and, even more surprisingly, a mini steam room. The lighting was a little too bright and clinical for me, though everything was exceptionally clean. I wasn't sure what to expect from the building at first: there was just a small sign, and the glass front looked more like a coffee shop. Still, I loved the hotel and would definitely book again. It seems ideal for couples or anyone wanting to relax.

The room was spacious and clean, with an adjustable bed, Yves Rocher toiletries, and bath salts. The Jacuzzi and sauna right in the room were a huge surprise. I've never seen even 5 Star hotels offer those in my experience. The only drawbacks I can think of were the residential location and the fact that it wasn't a typical hotel building. There was no balcony or decent view, though honestly, that made no difference to us.

I slept really well on the memory foam mattress, which matters because I have a bad back. The air conditioning also worked well and wasn't blowing on me in bed. Getting in was a bit of a hassle: there's no reception, and you use a door code plus a QR code for the room. The QR I received was blurry, so I had to try a few times to get the door to open, but it did work eventually. The place has plenty of high-tech touches, like taps with dancing LED lights and a digital bidet built into the toilet. There were detailed instructions for the gadgets. But some basic upkeep seemed to have been missed. Several floor tiles were cracked, the heater was being held by its water pipes after the tile it was attached to came loose from the wall, and water had damaged the wooden shower door. Nothing was critical, but it felt like little maintenance had been done after a new layer was put over the old one. If a double Jacuzzi is what you're after, this could be the place. Otherwise, I think you might find better value for the price.

Room 1 had lighting for all sorts of moods, a luxurious spa bath, and a sauna in the bathroom. The toilet was one of those elaborate models the Japanese seem to favour, and they provided detailed instructions for all the gadgets. There was also some decoration in the room. The location was handy for several quite high-end restaurants. This is an unusual hotel with no staffed reception. They send the building entry code and the QR code for your room on WhatsApp. I expected a breakfast buffet, but Hotel Christina Plus doesn't have one. If you order breakfast, it comes to your room. We had Wi-Fi trouble on the first night, but management responded quickly and got it sorted.
