My mother and grandmother spent a month at Hotel Citadella while visiting Romania, and they had nothing but good things to say about the staff. They found everyone warm, welcoming, and accommodating. The rooms were clean too. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Bucharest area, an easy 5/5.

We found free street parking just across from the hotel entrance, though there aren't many spots. Inside, the hotel was very clean, well located, and had reception available 24/7. The main downside was the window insulation. Traffic woke us very early in the morning, so it could be much better.

Booked this place at the last minute near Christmas. It was a bit pricey, but that's how it goes. The staff were cute! 😍

No complaints. Great room, and there's a receptionist around the clock. It's about 15 minutes from the old town.
