Getting the check-in details took a lot of effort. I had to have WhatsApp and call a number that hadn’t been given to me. After a long day of travel, that could easily have been avoided with clearer communication beforehand. The room was nice, but there was a definite mildew smell in the bathroom when I arrived. They should air the bathrooms out before guests come in.

The room was clean and nice, and the location was fairly convenient, though a bit far from bars and restaurants. The facilities were nice overall, but the bathroom had no heating. There was no bath mat or carpet, and with marble flooring it was really cold underfoot.

There are lots of stores nearby, though the hotel is a little far from the center. The room got very humid because there was no ventilation in the bathroom or shower. The rest was okay.

We only had trouble with check-in. Communication was tricky, and the phones weren’t working.

A bit cramped, but the room had a great AC and a large bed. Ants walking around on the floor were the only real complaint. For the money, it was worth it.
