I was there for five nights and would use the place again. Booking was easy, they answered my questions right away, and the service was professional with no false promises. Shops, restaurants, takeaways and public transport are only minutes away, in a top location. The apartment was excellent and very clean, with fresh bedding. The shower was so spotless I could barely see its glass, and it had instant hot water with good pressure. The double glazed windows were also good quality and kept the noise out. A fantastic place!

A clean, decent place for the money. Everything is handled by app or phone, with no reception. There's a little coffee place around the corner and some restaurants nearby, and Old Town is under 10 minutes away by Uber.

Apartment no. 12 was clean and inviting, and we were generally satisfied. The entrance to the building is lovely, parking nearby is plentiful, and the quiet neighborhood has supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants close by. It was nice that the living room sofa could convert into a bed. We could have used blackout curtains in the bedroom, but it was fine. The living room table only had three chairs, which seemed odd given the apartment can sleep more people. A balcony would've been nice too. The Wi-Fi was a real plus, with 30-40Mb/s upload and download. The air conditioners in the living room and bedroom were silent and worked well, but the bathroom one was extremely noisy, making it awkward to use after people had gone to bed. TV reception got a bit spotty when both TVs were on, though there was a decent channel selection. Some of the kitchen furniture had rough edges, and the cupboard doors looked close to falling off. The freezer compartment lid also wouldn't close properly. Paying was a little cumbersome, though not really worth complaining about. They sent a link through WhatsApp, which I didn't have, so we asked for an SMS or email. The SMS link led to a page where we had to enter the invoice amount ourselves before paying by Visa. On arrival, you need to call a number to get the building code and apartment number. It was open and ready for us. I'd give it 3 out of 5, or 3½ if that were possible.

The apartment had lots of space, a nice design and clean rooms, and access to restaurants and shops was easy. Bucharest Mall is nearby. It's on the top floor, though, and there's no elevator.

The staff were welcoming and polite, and I felt warm and completely at ease every night in the residence. Absolutely wonderful. Thanks for everything! I'll definitely stay here again when I'm back in Bucharest.
