Ecletico Villa

The breakfast at Eclectico Villa was fresh, fantastic, and prepared with care. It felt generous without being too much, and the staff were warm, attentive, and welcoming. You can also walk comfortably to many key areas, which made exploring the city easy. Inside, there’s a real sense of character and intimacy that larger hotels don't have. The rooms have thoughtful details and a refined, personal design, giving the place a curated boutique feel. The only small downside was that sound carries a bit, so we could hear movement or noise from nearby spaces. It didn't have much effect on our stay. Eclectico Villa delivers a five star boutique atmosphere through its design and hospitality. A charming, memorable place to stay in Bucharest.

Our street-facing room (#4) was still quiet, and the location was central. The tasteful room and interior design, extra thoughtful touches, and very clean space made it feel comfortable. We felt welcomed and well looked after by the friendly, helpful staff. The bed was super comfy, the room warm, and the water piping hot even at the end of November. Breakfast was plentiful, with something for all tastes. Highly recommended.

The room was small, but it suited us since we only needed somewhere to sleep and get ready. We especially liked the complimentary wine and biscuits. It’s about a 12-minute walk to the old town, and the airport or Therme spa is around 37 minutes away by taxi. For breakfast, the selection was limited and the food was cold despite being kept in warmers. You can ask for fresh eggs, and the cappuccino machine worked, though we couldn’t get a latte. Breakfast was okay, just not great. There’s a receptionist by the door, but if you arrive early and want to leave your bags, call the number. Coded entry starts at 3pm for check-in. We had a lovely stay and would recommend it.

Ecletico Villa made a comfortable base for exploring Bucharest on foot, thanks to its central location. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the atmosphere felt relaxed while still maintaining a high standard. Our room was thoughtfully designed and had modern, comfortable amenities. For what you get, the price is very good. The service was discreet and polished, with care given to the details. It felt comparable to top international hotels like Kempinski. A good fit for a city break, a quieter stay, or a business trip.
