The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. The apartment is modern and well furnished, with a lovely location too. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the Old Town, and there are lots of picturesque buildings to pass along the way. We’d love to come back to Bucharest if we get the chance 🫶

Getting around was easy, and transport here was very cheap compared with London. The location is perfect for city sights and tourist attractions. The room was fine, though I was disappointed by the fee for leaving our bags after checkout, and getting fresh towels during our five-day stay was difficult. A few plates in the cupboard were a bit dirty. We tried calling during work hours over two days to pay the city tax but got no answer, then were asked to pay it in cash at the end of the trip.

The owner is available whenever needed, and the apartment has easy access to the metro. It’s luxurious and very well equipped, with a lovely en-suite and efficient heating. I can’t fault the place, superb.

The apartment was spotless and comfortable, and really did feel five-star. It’s beautiful and modern, in a great spot. Fantastic stay at Emil Balaban Luxury Apartment Hotel. I’d happily stay again.

We were a group of friends and all thought it was very good value. The room was clean, easy to get into, and roomy enough, with a spacious bathroom and good amenities and comfort. Shops and food spots were nearby, including Phatty burgers, McDonald's, KFC, and the mega image convenience store. We walked to main sights in about 20 minutes, including umbrella street, old town, and Mayfair 39 brunch.
