We booked apartments in Bucharest through this company, but they sent us to a completely different place. We called and wrote to them and got no support, so we had to leave and find housing elsewhere. Now we're trying to get our money back, but the company refuses to return it, by any means possible or impossible. We don't recommend dealing with them. You could end up with neither your money nor the service.

We were scammed twice, so stay away. They take payment but are completely responsible for delivering the service. They're willing to deceive you, doing it carefully and efficiently, then easily pass the blame to third parties. They don't meet their obligations. They may claim a deception wasn't their fault, but they still won't refund you. That's the basic issue.
