Hotel Graffiti

The roof terrace is lovely, though it badly needs sun umbrellas. Even at 9am in April, the sun drove us away. Also, the hotel has no elevator and is four floors tall, so keep that in mind. We had a car for our five-day stay and had no trouble parking. Some spaces in front of the hotel became available around 5-6pm, so park elsewhere until then. The hotel has been freshly renovated and was sparkling clean, with excellent staff. The reception girls were incredibly kind and customer oriented, easily worth 10 stars out of 5. We loved the hand soap and shower gel, and the embroidered hotel initials on all the towels and bedding. The attention to detail was amazing. The bathroom was modern and a perfect size.

Ngoc and the team were incredibly helpful and hospitable, and made sure I settled in comfortably. I’m looking forward to staying again. It’s a super cosy hotel for people combining remote work and leisure. I had a studio with a comfortable table and chair where I could work during the day.

I liked being able to unlock the doors with a link. The room was modern, the mattress was super orthopedic, and it was close to the subway. Very good value, and I enjoyed my stay.

The room was very clean, but there were several inconveniences. There were no bathroom sockets for a flatiron or curling iron, and there’s no elevator. The stairs are very narrow, so we had to carry our luggage up to the third floor. Although Booking says parking is available, there wasn’t even public parking nearby. At the host’s suggestion, we left the car on the sidewalk.
