I arrived late at night without a reservation, and they were full. The people working there were very kind and helped me find a hostel for the night. Not every hostel would do that. They offered to call a cab or give me a map and directions. The facilities looked good, and walking downtown wasn't bad, even with my big backpack. If I return to Bucharest, I'd definitely try to stay there.
