The night security staff member made our midnight arrival and check-in go smoothly, and Ramona at reception was especially professional. Housekeepers Joana and Noor were always friendly and smiling, and kept our room spotless. We had a very comfortable stay at Tripoli Palace Hotel, Romania, and thought it was great value for money. I'd highly recommend it for its service and comfort.

Everything was okay. I did have a problem with the room, but they helped and did all they could to keep me from feeling stressed. Special thanks to the manager 😊🙏

What made the stay easy and comfortable was how kind and professional the staff were. They were quick and polite whenever I had a question or a small request. Even asking for an extra pillow or directions to somewhere nearby was handled with care. Check-in and checkout were smooth, and housekeeping kept the room clean, the towels fresh, and everything well-stocked each day. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone after a pleasant, hassle-free visit.

This is the worst hotel I've ever seen. It's filthy, and they rip you off. Don't go there, ever. I warned you!

I felt safe, relaxed, and well looked after during my stay in Tripoli. The room was comfortable, clean, well-equipped, and had a great city view. I also liked the decor details and the daily housekeeping. Staff were welcoming and helpful the whole time, always making sure I had what I needed. Breakfast was fresh, with a good mix of local and international choices. The location made it easy to get around Tripoli, with attractions, restaurants, and transport close by. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend the hotel for either business or leisure. I'll definitely return!
