A really nice, clean hostel room, and the receptionist is especially attentive and kind. Alan and Franklin are the reason I keep coming back. It’s very nice here.

We arrived with a Booking confirmation email and number for the two beds we’d booked, but at first the staff said they couldn’t find us in the system. A few minutes later, they said the reservation was there, but the hostel was overbooked and only had a space for my female friend, not for anyone else. They also refused to cancel it, even though they knew we’d be charged if we cancelled ourselves. There was no help at all, and we ended up looking for somewhere else to stay.
