I got a large, comfortable apartment that worked well for three people, and the bed was comfortable too. The hotel is decent for the money, with a supermarket and tram stop very close by. The restaurant was nice, with good food and prices, and the staff there speak English. The receptionists don't know much English, so keep that in mind. Hot water wasn't always available, and that was the only problem.

The bathroom was filthy, from the toilet and tiles to the faucet, and there were spider webs in the bathroom, room and hallway. Grease marks were left on the bathroom door and furniture, and there was dirt under the table, as if someone had vacuumed only superficially. Toilet paper and soap were the lowest quality you can find in supermarkets. The walls were thin enough that we could hear everything, even footsteps. I also wasn't given a receipt after paying for the room. This is unacceptable. Cleaning is mandatory. I'll never return and will leave bad reviews on every website.

The place felt creepy overall. There were bugs, the walls looked bad, and the shower had poor water flow. I didn't like it.

You can't give it less than one star, unfortunately. Better to avoid this place.
