We booked through booking.com a month before check-in for one night, and the hotel cancelled on the day before our arrival without explaining why. There was a concert that day, and when we tried to book again, it had become difficult and the price had jumped from 45 euros per night to 1900€. Be careful when planning a trip, even if you’ve already paid, since a booking may still be cancelled at the last minute. I don’t recommend this hotel.

I booked a room through airbnb for a full month last week, but when I arrived there was no staff, no instructions, and no key. The reception number didn’t answer, and neither did my messages on airbnb. I waited around 4-5 hours for the cleaner, who said she would check what was available and prepare a room. About 30 minutes later, she handed me her phone to speak with the owner. The owner said she hadn’t confirmed an airbnb booking, that it wasn’t her listing because they apparently no longer work with airbnb, and that there were no rooms available. She told me to contact airbnb so they could get in touch with her and begin the refund process. It was strange that they could reach her to confirm there was no vacancy if it wasn’t her listing. I was left without accommodation for a whole month for my work-related stay.

The room was clean and nice, so it works for a one-night stay. The service wasn’t good, since you can only reach them by phone. We waited 30 minutes for toilet paper, and there wasn’t a trashcan in the room.

The room was large, clean, and nice. The location works well depending on where you need to go, and the parking spaces are narrow. One downside was the cigarette smoke smell in the room.
