The rooms were warm in winter and nicely designed, with a hair dryer, iron, coffee machine, and coffee and tea provided. Cleaning was slow, but good. It's around a 30-minute walk to the Old Town and well-known restaurants. The problems were harder to overlook: check-in is normally at 3, yet we waited until 4 for the staff to finish cleaning. The Wi-Fi was so poor that even watching reels was sometimes impossible. We couldn't get hold of an authorized person, and there didn't seem to be any security. A crowded student party in one room went on loudly at midnight, and without sound insulation we couldn't sleep or rest.

Parking in the yard wasn't assured, since there were only a few spots and it depended on availability. The manager called to apologize and asked us to cancel through Booking in exchange for a refund of 35% of the night's price. We booked there and had a really unpleasant arrival: check-in was at 3, but when we got there at 4 the room hadn't been cleaned after the previous guests. We were first given the wrong room code and unclear directions to the fourth floor, then waited 20 minutes for the cleaning staff. Even after that, the cleaning was only superficial, and the toilet still had yellow stains. The kitchen utensils were dirty, with no sponge to wash them, and there was no hot water at 10 p.m. for a shower. To the owner: I've described what happened, the discount you gave me, and that the room still wasn't clean after cleaning. Other people can draw their own conclusions.

The place felt like a home away from home, comfortable and thoughtfully put together. We were welcomed warmly from the moment I arrived. I had a wonderful stay and would happily return. I'd recommend it to anyone after a relaxing, memorable stay.

The mobile home had everything inside, and the amenities were all at a high level. We were very happy with the comfort, cleanliness, and location. Thanks to the owners for the lovely holiday and service. We'd be glad to return to this fabulous house.
