Hotel Michelangelo

The room was quiet and clean, and those fresh morning coffees and espressos were a lovely way to start the day. We stayed for three weeks in Bucharest, and David and Daniel made sure we had what we needed while treating us like friends, not customers. The reception area has a comforting feel, and chatting with the staff always felt genuine. It really felt like being at home with friends and family. We’ll definitely come back next time we visit. Please give Princess a loving scratch under her chin from us!

We’d stay here again. The hotel is good value, with friendly, brilliant service and someone always at the desk. It’s close enough to the city centre, but far enough from the crowds passing by. Rooms are cleaned daily, the Wi-Fi is decent, and the AC in our room worked well.

A central location and friendly, accommodating staff made for a stay we couldn’t fault. Housekeeping came each day, made the bed and left fresh towels, and the rooms were clean.

There are some lovely cafes nearby, and we found the location handy for walking into the centre while staying out of the bustle. The service was very friendly, and we’d recommend it to anyone visiting Bucharest. We came at the end of April for four nights and were pleasantly surprised. We’d booked a deal, and at a three-star hotel we expected things might be very basic. The rooms were simple but a good size, very clean and cleaned every day. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms really big, though there weren’t many plug sockets.
